Refund Policy Overview

Thank you for purchasing from Buy Scale Sell LLC. We work hard to provide high-value educational resources, business valuation tools, reports, consulting services, and related products designed to support buyers, operators, and business owners throughout the acquisition, scaling, and exit process.

Because many of our products include digital access, downloadable resources, proprietary frameworks, customized reports, data-backed analysis, consulting time, or services that begin shortly after purchase, all purchases are final and no refunds are available unless otherwise stated in writing by Buy Scale Sell LLC.

We appreciate your understanding that once access is granted, work begins, a report is generated, materials are delivered, or consulting/advisory time is reserved, the value of the product or service has already been provided or allocated.

Digital Products, Reports, Courses, and Downloadable Materials

Digital products, valuation reports, business analysis tools, downloadable guides, checklists, templates, courses, newsletters, and similar resources are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, delivered, downloaded, or otherwise made available.

This includes, but is not limited to, business valuation reports, quality of earnings-related products, due diligence resources, educational materials, paid newsletters, courses, frameworks, templates, and any other digital or information-based product offered through Buy Scale Sell LLC.

Due to the immediate-access nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests after purchase.

Consulting, Advisory, Audit, and Service-Based Purchases

Consulting, advisory retainers, audits, analysis packages, valuation reviews, diligence support, strategy sessions, and other service-based purchases are also non-refundable unless Buy Scale Sell LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

When a service is purchased, we may reserve calendar time, allocate internal resources, review submitted materials, begin preparation, or perform work on your behalf. For that reason, payments for services are final even if the client later chooses not to use the full service, misses a scheduled appointment, fails to provide requested information, or changes direction after purchase.

If a scheduling issue occurs, we may, at our discretion, allow a session or service appointment to be rescheduled. Rescheduling does not create a right to a refund.

Damaged Physical Items

If a physical item purchased from Buy Scale Sell LLC arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it with the same product, subject to review and approval.

Replacement is limited to the same item originally purchased. We do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges for different products, or cash reimbursement for damaged items unless we choose to do so at our sole discretion.

To qualify for a replacement, the damage must have occurred before delivery or during shipping, and the request must be submitted within a reasonable time after receipt of the item.

How to Request a Replacement for a Damaged Item

To request a replacement for a damaged physical item, please contact us with the following information:

• Your name and contact information
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A brief description of the damage
• Clear photos showing the damaged item and packaging, if available
• The delivery date or approximate date the item was received

Once we review the request, we will determine whether the item qualifies for replacement. If approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product as soon as reasonably possible.

No Refunds for Change of Mind, Non-Use, or Business Outcomes

Refunds are not available because of a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, failure to use a purchased product, failure to complete required intake forms, failure to attend scheduled sessions, disagreement with valuation conclusions, or dissatisfaction with a business outcome.

Buy Scale Sell LLC provides tools, education, analysis, resources, and advisory support. We do not guarantee that you will buy a business, sell a business, secure financing, increase valuation, close a transaction, achieve a specific financial result, or receive a particular business outcome.

Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by Buy Scale Sell LLC in writing. We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
