All invoices are due and payable within 15 days of the invoice date (“Due Date”), unless otherwise specified in writing. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars via ACH, Wire Transfer, or Credit Card.
Any payment not received by the Due Date shall be considered strictly overdue.
Finance Charge: Interest will accrue on all past-due balances at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
Interest shall be calculated from the day following the Due Date until the date payment is received in full.
In the event that an account is turned over to a collection agency or an attorney for recovery, the Client agrees to pay all costs of collection. This includes, but is not limited to:
Reasonable attorney’s fees.
Collection agency commissions.
Court costs and filing fees.
Administrative costs associated with the collection effort.
If you believe there is an error on your invoice, you must notify Buy-Scale-Sell.com in writing within [7] business days of the invoice date.
If a portion of an invoice is disputed, the Client agrees to pay the undisputed portion by the original Due Date.
Failure to notify us of a dispute within this window constitutes an acceptance of the invoice as accurate and payable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate all active services, access to the platform, or consulting sessions if any invoice remains unpaid for more than 7 days past the Due Date. Suspension of services does not relieve the Client of the obligation to pay the outstanding balance and accrued interest.
Client is responsible for all applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes (VAT) associated with the services purchased, excluding taxes based on our net income.
If you purchase a service, subscription, or product:
Payments: You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.
Refunds: All purchases are final.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buy-Scale-Sell.com and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:
